Return/Refund Policy
Clothing may be exchanged or returned in 48 hours from the purchase date OR pick up date with all tags attached. In store pickup orders must be picked up within 1 week (7 days) to qualify for the 48 hour return or exchange policy. Orders picked up after 8 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Clothing orders that were shipped directly to your shipping address can be returned or exchanged if you contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered to request a return. Returns must be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the label.
Items that show delivered on tracking may not be refunded/replaced. We will open up an investigation with the shipping service to determine that the GPS location of the delivered scan is correct and proceed from there.
Clothing without our tags still attached may be not returned or exchanged. Shoes, jewelry, bags, & other accessories are all final sale. Sale items are final sale.
