Luxury Merchandise Photographer & Content Creator
Position Status: Closed, interviews completed.
We are looking for a creative, & detail oriented E-Commerce & Content Specialist to join our luxury consignment team. This role is responsible for photographing designer merchandise, editing images, creating compelling product listings, and producing engaging social media content that reflects our brand and drives sales. The ideal candidate has an eye for luxury fashion, strong photography and editing skills, excellent writing abilities, and a passion for creating content that connects with customers. Must be 18 years old or older. This position requires you to be in the store.
Pay:
$20 an hour

Hour Requirements:
Part time, 20-30 hours a week
Weekdays & Weekends
Event coverage during events for social content may be required.
Product Photography & Editing:
-Photograph luxury, designer, & name brand handbags, shoes, apparel, jewelry, and accessories for our e-commerce website.
-Ensure products are styled and presented consistently according to brand standards.
-Edit and optimize images for website, social media, and marketing use.
-Maintain accurate file organization and image management systems.
Brand & Team Support:
-Collaborate with team members to highlight key inventory and seasonal campaigns.
-Help maintain a consistent luxury brand experience across all digital channels.
-Support special projects, marketing initiatives, and promotional events as needed.
Product Listing & Merchandising:
-Write detailed, accurate, and engaging product descriptions.
-Research designer brands, styles, materials, and product details.
-Create and publish product listings on our e-commerce platform
-Ensure listings meet SEO and merchandising best practices.
-Maintain high standards for product accuracy and presentation.
Qualifications:
-Experience with photography and photo editing software.
-Strong writing and communication skills.
-Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.
-Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and designer merchandise preferred.
-Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Social Media Content Creation:
-Create photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.
-Develop content that showcases new arrivals, featured designers, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
-Write captions that align with the brand voice and encourage engagement.
-Assist with planning and scheduling social media content calendars.
-Monitor trends within fashion, luxury resale, and social media.
Preferred Skills:
-Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar editing tools.
-Product photography experience.
-Social media content creation and short-form video editing.SEO knowledge for e-commerce product listings.
-Passion for fashion, luxury goods, and resale.
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Luxury Consignment Sales Associate
Position Status: OPEN
My Girlfriend's Wardrobe is seeking a friendly, dependable, and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team. Must be 18 years old or older. This position plays a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers and consignors while helping maintain the daily operations and presentation of our luxury consignment boutique.The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has an interest in fashion and designer brands, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Knowledge of luxury, designer, and names brands is a big plus.
Pay:
$15 an hour

Hour Requirements:

Weekdays & Weekends
REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 Saturdays a month, some Sundays as needed
Daily Operations:
-Open and close the store according to established procedures.
-Process customer purchases accurately through the point-of-sale system.
-Update displays and merchandise presentations as inventory sells.
-Organize and maintain sales floor racks and merchandise areas.
-Move inventory to and from storage areas as needed.
-Assist with inventory organization and daily operational tasks.
Customer & Consignor Service
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Provide product recommendations and styling assistance.
-Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
-Assist consignors with questions, drop-offs, and general consignment inquiries.
-Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the boutique's luxury shopping experience.
Store Appearance:
-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
-Vacuum sales floor and common areas.
-Dust fixtures, shelving, and displays.
-Mop and clean underneath clothing racks and merchandise fixtures.
-Organize racks and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
Qualifications:
-Strong customer service and communication skills.Interest in fashion, luxury brands, and resale.
-Comfortable appearing in photos or videos for occasional social media content.
-Basic computer and social media skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Social Media & Website Support:
-Post new arrivals and featured merchandise to social media stories.
-Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
-Update website order statuses, including orders ready for pickup and completed pickups.
-Temporarily change product listings from active to draft status for items being purchased in-store to help prevent duplicate sales.
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
-Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform general retail housekeeping duties.
-Ability to distinguish colors accurately for merchandising, product identification, and customer assistance.
